You will need to be registered to our online booking system before you are able to book a slot, so please contact us to request registration and you will then be given access to the diary and booking.
CONTRACT OPTIONS
HALF DAY: £160 PER CALENDAR MONTH
You will have a regular slot each week for 4.5 hours in total.
9am to 1:30pm
or
2pm to 6:30pm
FULL DAY: £265 PER CALENDAR MONTH
You will have a regular day each week for 9 hours in total.

STUDENT BOOKINGS
£9.50 PER HOUR for Treatment Room
For current School of Bodywork Therapeutic Massage Diploma Students.

BLOCK BOOKINGS
Block bookings are ideal for therapists who want flexibility whilst also benefiting from a reduced hourly rate.
Pay on the 1st of each month and book a room as and when you like during that month, up to the number of hours in your block (subject to availability).
Hours must be used within the month that they are paid for and do not roll over to the following month.
Option 1: 5 hours for £55 (£11 per hour)
Option 2: 10 hours for £105 (£10.50 per hour)
Option 3: 15 hours for £150 (£10 per hour)
Option 4: 20 hours for £190 (£9.50 per hour).

TREATMENT ROOM HIRE T&C's
For first time users, you must contact us first to be able to register for online booking.
We request that you are mindful of hygiene and keeping everything looking tidy - leaving the treatment rooms, kitchen, bathroom, as you would like to find it and cleaning/wiping down couches between sessions. Cleaning spray or wipes and hand sanitiser will be available to use in each room.
Rooms are available ad hoc 5 days a week, Monday through to Friday, from 8am to 9pm.
We do not provide storage for your personal equipment but there are cupboards and shelving units available for you to use during your allocated room bookings. Please make sure you take all your belongings with you at the end of each session to avoid these being used by other therapists.
You will have a 30-minute turnaround time between bookings so that you have 15 minutes to pack away and tidy up, and the therapist following you will have 15 minutes to set up ready for their booking and vice versa.
If a client cancels or is a ‘no show’ please ensure that you have a cancellation policy of your own in place to avoid loss of income. Unless we receive at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations for ad hoc room bookings you will still be charged for the room.
No naked flames and no incense burners – these are against our insurance policy.
You will be required to leave a deposit for a set of keys of £40 on initial registration which will be returned to you when the keys are returned.
A copy of your current insurance will be requested and held on file.
Please note that we do not have a reception area - you will be required to manage your own client's arrival and schedules.
A copy of the full T&C's and a contract relevent to your room hire type will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your booking.
